All Rep Ready agents complete training through Rep Ready Academy, our proprietary learning and development platform designed to prepare contractors for successful client servicing. The Academy serves as the central hub for required training, program-specific learning, instructional videos, knowledge checks, refresher courses, job aids, and other supporting resources.

Training is assigned and administered based on each agent’s role and client program, helping ensure contractors understand service expectations, systems, processes, compliance requirements, and quality standards before beginning work. Rep Ready Academy also supports ongoing development by providing agents with access to updated materials and refresher content as client needs, procedures, and program requirements evolve.
