No. Servicing opportunities vary based on client demand, program availability, eligibility, and business needs. Selecting a shift does not guarantee ongoing or future hours.
Use the Change Request link in the Contractor Hub to request a change to an approved servicing schedule. Changes are subject to availability and program requirements.
Submit a Change Request as soon as possible and follow the applicable program procedure. Do not simply miss an approved servicing commitment without communicating the change because this may impact your adherence.
Use the Manual Shift Request option when instructed during a scheduling-system outage or technical issue.
Use the Contractor Invoicing System to accurately record your servicing start and end times. Contractors are responsible for ensuring their submitted servicing records are complete and accurate.
Payments are issued according to the payment schedule outlined in your Independent Contractor Agreement and applicable program information. Submitted servicing records must be accurate and complete for payment processing.
The Active Agent Call Center Floor is Rep Ready’s virtual production space for contractors actively servicing. It provides access to Rep Ready support, program communication, and assistance when applicable.

First review the resources available under Tech Help. If the issue prevents you from servicing, report it promptly through the appropriate support channel and follow your program’s outage or technical-issue procedure.
Contractors are responsible for maintaining equipment, internet connectivity, and a suitable servicing environment that meets the requirements of their assigned client program, unless otherwise stated in the program information.
Rep Ready issues applicable tax forms to independent contractors in accordance with current IRS reporting requirements. Contractors are responsible for understanding and meeting their individual tax obligations.
